Mullein Leaf

Mullein contains a variety of plant chemicals with potent anti inflammatory properties. Some research suggests that one of these plant chemicals, an antioxidant called kaempferol, could help reverse cartilage destruction. It may also reduce the pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis.
