Chamomile

Chamomile aids in sleep and relaxation, digestive health, stress and anxiety relief, it has antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties, and helps to lower cholesterol levels.

Chamomile is the common name for several daisy-like plants of the family Asteraceae. There are two species, Matriaca chamomile a (German), which is native to Europe and Western Asia and Chamamelum nobile (Roman), which is native to Western Europe and North America.
